Return Policy

30-day returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.

Custom, personalized, and engraved pieces are final sale and not eligible for return.

Email hello@ellac.co with your order number to receive a prepaid return label. Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving your return.

For exchanges, place a new order for the desired item and return the original for a refund.
