Shipping Policy
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive an order confirmation email once placed and a shipping notification once dispatched.
Domestic shipping
Standard: 5–7 business days ($12, free over $150). Express: 2–3 business days ($25). Pickup in-store: ready in 24 hours (free).
International shipping
We ship worldwide. Transit times vary from 7–21 business days depending on destination. International orders may be subject to duties and taxes at delivery.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, contact hello@ellac.co with your order number and we'll investigate immediately.
